The Judicial Commission (KY)'s limitations in supervising judges experience various obstacles. This makes the KY's supervisory function less than optimal. This research reviews strategies for optimizing the supervision of judges so that it can be maximized. These strategies include: (1) clear qualification of action between the KY and the Supreme Court (MA); (2) strengthening the role of the KY in the regions, such as expanding the supervisory authority of the KY and intensively socializing the KY to the community in the regions. The research method uses a legal research approach. It is believed that these strategies can optimize the supervisory function of judges.
